However if you would prefer to find a buyer quietly and with no marketing, we ensure that your demand is met with the best results.
  • Viewings: Our experienced staff will accompany the applicants during viewings.
  • Feedback: You will receive regular feedback along with professional advice and solutions.
  • Offers: We will inform you of all offers we receive from prospective buyers. When you accept an offer and once terms have been agreed with a buyer, we will liaise with solicitors, keeping communications flowing between all the parties and assisting in responding to queries raised by the buyer’s party and to ensure the transaction proceeds smoothly to exchange of contracts and to set a mutually convenient completion date.
