Letting Process for Landlords

Here is a brief description of our letting process.

  • Valuation: We offer a precise and free valuation for your property. Our extensive, local knowledge and honest and transparent advice will place your property in the best position in the market. Please fill up the valuation form on our website, or simply contact a member of our staff.
  • Marketing: We will prepare a detailed floor plan with professional photographs of your property and market it on several websites and the UK’s leading property portals such as On The Market, Primelocation, Zoopla and many more ensuring your property enjoys the maximum exposure.
  • Notice: We will ensure that prior notice is given to the existing tenant, and advise the tenant to maintain the property in a presentable manner during viewing.
  • Viewings: Our staff will accompany the applicants during viewings.
  • Feedback: You will receive regular feedback along with professional advice and solutions.
  • Offer: Once the landlord has accepted the offer, a deposit will be taken from the prospective tenant.
  • Reference: All referencing will be carried out via an external Credit Management and Risk Assessment company. Our Independent Referencing companies are reliable and accurate and all tenants will be asked to provide us with necessary references regardless of their status and the type of contract.
  • Contracts: On receipt of successful references, we will draft the contract for signature by both parties.
