Here is a brief description of our letting process.

Contact us: Tell us what you are looking for, and we will search the market for the most suitable match from a wide selection of properties in central London.

Choose a property: We will provide you with the details of the suitable properties on offer, such as the floor plan, photos and will help you to find the right property in your preferred location.

Offer: Once you have made and offer and it has been accepted by the landlord, we will ask you to provide us with one week deposit so we can secure the property for you.

Contract: We will draft the contract to be signed by you and the landlord.
