Letting Process for Landlords

Here is a brief description of our letting process.

Valuation: We offer a precise and free valuation of your property. Please fill up the valuation form on our website, or simply contact a member of our staff.

Properties: We will prepare a detailed floor plan with the photographs of your property and market it on several websites and print magazines.

Notice: We will ensure that prior notice is given to the existing tenant, and advise the tenant to maintain the property in a presentable outlook during viewing.

Viewings: Our staff will accompany the applicant during viewing.

Offer: Once the landlord has accepted the offer, a deposit will be taken from the prospective tenant.

Reference: All would-be tenants will be asked to provide the necessary references regardless of their status, the type of contract or the rental period.

Contracts: On receipt of successful references, we will draft the contract for signature by both parties.
